Benevolent Social Services of India J.Lois, Emrys and Usha Rees
In March 1970, at the request of local officials, the Reeses began outdoor clinics and leprosy hospital work, eventually building their own 30-40 bed hospital with a staff of 22-25 members. A mobile team visits each of 12 clinics and 16 sub-clinics, giving medicine and treatment every 28 days. Emrys and Usha are the second generation of Rees to work this mission field and are currently directing and serving in the David Rees Leprosy Hospital.

At Eastview, we understand that no matter how well a picture is taken or a story told, there is nothing like actually experiencing missions work. That is why we organize mission trips to give people the opportunity to see, hear, feel, touch and taste mission work... whether it be working with a large inner city mission a few hours away from Cedar Rapids, a short trip to a foreign country or helping out on location with one of the foreign missions we support, we are sure the experiences you will have be life changing... and most importantly, Kingdom changing.
